Last updated: 4 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the Dawajo platform, its website, app and all its services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy, which together form a binding agreement between you and Dawajo.

Definitions
- 1.1Wherever they appear in these terms and in the Privacy Policy, the following words have these meanings:
- “Dawajo”, “the platform”, “we”: the Dawajo platform, its website www.dawajo.site, its app and all its services.
- “User”, “you”: anyone who creates an account on or uses the platform.
- “Account”: a user's registered account on the platform.
- “Plan”: a level of service: Dawajo Free, Dawajo Pro or Dawajo Pharmacy, or any plan we announce later.
- “Subscription”: the right to use a paid plan for a set period in return for its fee.
- “Free trial”: a period of free use of a paid plan.
- “Pharmacy workspace”: the account of a pharmacy on Dawajo Pharmacy, including its team members.
- “Content”: everything the platform shows: medicine information, prices, alternatives, interactions, doses, guidance, text and images.
- “AI assistant”: the platform's features that rely on artificial intelligence.
- “Administration”: Dawajo's authorised operating team.
- 1.2These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the prices, features and plan limits announced in the platform form a single agreement between you and Dawajo.
Acceptance and eligibility
- 2.1By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
- 2.2The platform is intended for pharmacists, pharmacies and qualified healthcare workers, and users must be at least 18.
- 2.3If you use the platform on behalf of a pharmacy or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these terms, and it is responsible with you for complying with them.
- 2.4These terms apply to free and paid accounts, and to any use of the platform without an account.
Registration and verification
- 3.1Registration requires a full name, a valid email address, a phone number and a password, and we may ask you to confirm your email before the account is activated.
- 3.2You undertake that your registration details are accurate, complete and current, and to update them when they change. You alone are responsible for any harm caused by inaccurate details.
- 3.3We may verify a user's professional standing and ask for documents such as a practising licence, a pharmacy licence or proof of workplace, and restrict some features or suspend the account until verification is complete.
- 3.4Activating a pharmacy workspace requires its details, such as its name, licence number, city and phone, and we may review them, ask for more, or reject them.
- 3.5One account per person. Creating multiple, fake or automated accounts, or using them to obtain extra free trials or rewards, is not allowed.
Account and security
- 4.1You are responsible for keeping your password secret, for all activity through your account, and for signing out of shared devices.
- 4.2An account is personal and may not be shared, sold, rented or transferred to anyone else.
- 4.3You must tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use of your account, and we may suspend the account or end its sessions to protect you or the platform.
- 4.4On Dawajo Pharmacy, the owner of the pharmacy workspace is responsible for choosing team members and their permissions, for their use of the platform, and for removing anyone who no longer works at the pharmacy.
Plans, features and usage limits
- 5.1The following plans are currently available:
- Dawajo Free: a free plan with set features and usage limits.
- Dawajo Pro: a paid plan for an individual pharmacist.
- Dawajo Pharmacy: a paid plan for a pharmacy workspace and its team.
- 5.2The pricing and subscription pages show each plan's features and usage limits, such as how many times some tools may be used per day or month. When a limit is reached, the feature stops until the limit resets or you upgrade.
- 5.3We may add, change, stop or move features between plans, or change usage limits, at any time. Some features may be labelled “in development” or “experimental” and are offered with no commitment that they will continue.
- 5.4A subscription gives no right to a feature not announced for its plan, or to future features.
Free trial
- 6.1We may offer a free trial of paid plans, currently 14 days, given once per plan and per user.
- 6.2A trial requires no payment and ends by itself on its date, when the account moves to Dawajo Free and keeps its data.
- 6.3We may change the trial's length or conditions, stop offering it, or refuse it where we suspect abuse.
- 6.4If you pay during a trial, the subscription period starts from the date the payment is approved.
Prices and payment
- 7.1Prices are shown in Jordanian dinars on the pricing and payment pages, and the price shown when you send your proof of payment applies.
- 7.2Payment is currently made manually by CliQ or bank transfer, or any other method we announce in the platform. Card payments are not currently accepted.
- 7.3After transferring, you upload a proof of payment (an image or a PDF) with the transfer reference if there is one. The proof must match the amount due and the chosen plan, and the transfer must come from your account or with your knowledge.
- 7.4Each payment is reviewed by the administration before activation. We aim to review it as soon as possible; review may take longer on holidays or when extra checks are needed.
- 7.5We may reject any proof that is unclear, does not match, is duplicated or is suspicious, and will tell you why; you may send a new proof. A transfer reference that has been used before is not accepted.
- 7.6Only one payment for the same plan can be under review at a time.
- 7.7We may record a payment that reached us another way, such as a receipt sent on WhatsApp or a cash payment, and activate the subscription on that basis; it is treated like any other payment.
- 7.8You bear any fees your bank or payment provider charges on the transfer.
- 7.9Every payment has a receipt number shown on your subscription page, and its record in the platform is evidence of the transaction.
Activation, renewal and expiry
- 8.1A subscription is activated when the payment is approved, and its period runs from the approval date, not the transfer date.
- 8.2Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You renew with a new payment before or after expiry; renewing early adds the new period to the time you have left.
- 8.3The platform shows notices before and after a subscription ends; renewing on time is your responsibility.
- 8.4When a subscription ends, a short grace period set by the administration may apply, after which the account moves to Dawajo Free, keeps its data, and the paid plan's features stop.
- 8.5On Dawajo Pharmacy, expiry stops the pharmacy workspace's features for all team members.
Upgrades and plan changes
- 9.1You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
- 9.2With a running paid subscription, a monthly upgrade costs the monthly price difference between the plans for each remaining month, a started month counting as a full one, and the expiry date stays the same.
- 9.3A yearly upgrade costs the new plan's full yearly price and adds a whole year after the end of your current paid period. During a trial, grace period or suspension, the full price is paid and the period starts from the date the payment is approved.
- 9.4Moving to a lower plan is not self-service; it is done at your request through support and gives rise to no refund.
No-refund policy
- 10.1All payments are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, once a subscription is active.
- 10.2This includes, without limitation:
- not using the platform, or stopping before the end of the period;
- moving to a lower plan, asking to cancel the subscription, or deleting the account;
- suspension or termination of the account for breaking these terms;
- later changes to prices, features or usage limits;
- the platform not suiting your needs.
- 10.3We recommend using the free trial to make sure the platform suits you before paying.
- 10.4Amounts for which no subscription was activated, such as a duplicate transfer made by mistake or a payment whose proof was finally rejected, are resolved by contacting us within 30 days of the transfer, after verification; this is not a refund of an active subscription.
- 10.5Free days, rewards and promotional balances have no cash value, and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Rewards and the referral programme
- 11.1Referrals: when a pharmacist who signed up through your invitation link makes their first paid payment, 30 days are added to your subscription, or to your balance if you are on Dawajo Free, to be added when you first subscribe, up to 3 rewards a year.
- 11.2Price reports: a free day may be given for each accepted price-correction report, once per product, up to 3 a day and 30 a month.
- 11.3Missing-product reports: a free day may be given to everyone who reported a missing product, when it is added to the catalogue or linked to an existing product.
- 11.4Rewards are days of use, not money, and cannot be exchanged or transferred to another account.
- 11.5We may cancel or deduct any reward where we suspect abuse, such as fake accounts, inviting yourself or untrue reports, and change or stop reward programmes at any time.
What the medicine information is, and professional responsibility
- 12.1The platform's medicine content is for professional reference only. It is gathered from public and official sources, such as the Jordan Food and Drug Administration's lists, manufacturers' leaflets and recognised drug references, and may contain errors or lag behind the latest update.
- 12.2Prices are the official prices published when they were last updated, and may change without notice. Alternatives are suggested by active ingredient and may differ in dosage form, strength or inactive ingredients.
- 12.3The interaction checker, dose calculators and patient guidance are aids that do not cover every case, and their results must be checked before they are relied on.
- 12.4The platform does not replace official sources or the professional judgment of a pharmacist or doctor, is not a substitute for medical advice, and is not for emergencies.
- 12.5Medication decisions, including dispensing, prescribing, dosing and counselling, and the professional and legal responsibility for them, rest with the user alone.
The AI assistant and AI features
- 13.1Some features rely on artificial intelligence. Their answers may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date; they are aids that do not replace professional judgment.
- 13.2By using these features you agree that what you send is processed by AI service providers, to produce the answer and improve the quality of the service.
- 13.3Do not enter information that identifies a patient, such as a name, national number or phone number, in the AI assistant or in any field of the platform.
- 13.4AI features may be subject to usage limits by plan.
The pharmacy workspace and compliance
- 14.1The pharmacy alone is responsible for complying with the laws in force in Jordan, including the instructions of the Jordan Food and Drug Administration and the Jordan Pharmacists Association, and the rules on narcotic, psychotropic and controlled medicines.
- 14.2Dawajo is a platform of information and tools. It is not a party to any sale, purchase or dispensing at the pharmacy, and is not responsible for any transaction between the pharmacy and its customers or suppliers.
- 14.3The pharmacy is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters in its workspace, such as shelves, locations and notes.
What you send us
- 15.1When you send price or missing-product reports, barcode suggestions, adverse-reaction reports, feedback or support messages, you give us a non-exclusive, free and perpetual right to use and adapt them to improve the platform and its database.
- 15.2You undertake that what you send is true to the best of your knowledge, and contains no information identifying patients and no one else's confidential information.
- 15.3Sending a report through the platform does not replace official reporting to the competent authorities where the law requires it of you.
Acceptable use
- 16.1You may not:
- copy the database or any substantial part of it, collect it automatically, republish or sell it, or use it to build a competing service;
- use automated programs or bots to get around plan limits or exploit features;
- attempt to reach unauthorised areas, breach or disrupt the platform, or test its vulnerabilities without written permission;
- reverse-engineer the app, its code or its programming interfaces;
- impersonate a profession, a person or an organisation;
- send misleading reports or information, or offensive or unlawful content;
- harass or abuse other users or the support team;
- use the platform for any unlawful activity, including illicit trade in medicines.
- 16.2Any breach of the above is a material breach that entitles us to suspend or close the account at once, without notice or refund, and to take any necessary legal action.
Intellectual property
- 17.1All intellectual property in the platform, including its name, logo, design, interfaces, code, organised content, databases, texts and Arabic guidance, is owned by or licensed to Dawajo.
- 17.2We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the platform for your professional work while your account exists; it transfers no ownership to you.
- 17.3Medicine brand names and other trademarks belong to their owners and appear in the platform for identification only.
Confidentiality
- 18.1You undertake to keep confidential any unpublished information you learn about the platform or other users, such as your pharmacy team's details, and to use it only for its permitted purpose.
- 18.2This obligation continues after a subscription ends or an account is closed.
Availability and support
- 19.1We aim to keep the platform available, but do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors, and may stop it temporarily for maintenance or updates.
- 19.2The platform needs an internet connection; some pages work offline to a limited extent. You are responsible for your connection, device and browser.
- 19.3We provide support through the support page in the platform and the announced contact channels. Response times vary with the case, and we do not guarantee round-the-clock support.
Force majeure
- 20.1We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, wars and epidemics, general internet or power outages, service-provider failures, and governmental or judicial decisions.
- 20.2In such cases we may suspend, restrict or postpone the service without any obligation to compensate.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
- 21.1The platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
- 21.2To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, including harm to health or loss of profits, data or reputation, resulting from using the platform, relying on its content, or being unable to use it.
- 21.3In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid in the three months before the claim.
- 21.4You undertake to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or of the law, or from your use of the platform.
Suspension, termination and deletion
- 22.1We may suspend, restrict or close any account for breach of these terms, suspected abuse, incomplete verification, or at the request of a competent authority, without refund of any amount.
- 22.2You may delete your account at any time from Account settings, or by contacting us, subject to the data the Privacy Policy says we keep by law.
- 22.3When an account is closed, your right to use the platform ends at once, and you may not claim back what you paid or the days remaining.
Taxes and receipts
- 23.1The prices shown are the amounts to transfer; the user bears any taxes or fees imposed on them by law or by banks.
- 23.2We issue an electronic receipt for every approved payment, shown on the subscription page; a copy can be requested through support.
Notices and communication
- 24.1You agree to receive notices about your account and subscription in the platform, or by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- 24.2Notices sent in the platform or to your registered email are treated as received when they are sent.
Changes to these terms
- 25.1We may change these terms or the Privacy Policy at any time, and will tell you about material changes in the platform or by email.
- 25.2We may ask you to accept the changed version before you continue; continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Governing law and jurisdiction
- 26.1These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
- 26.2The courts of Amman (Palace of Justice) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms.
General provisions
- 27.1If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.
- 27.2Our not exercising a right is not a waiver of it.
- 27.3You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone else; we may do so if the platform is transferred or merged.
- 27.4The Arabic text prevails over any translation in case of difference.
Contact
- 28.1Questions or requests about these terms: Dawajohealth@gmail.com, or the support page in the platform.
